The area consists of two rooms - large and smaller one, and a bathroom. The space is equipped as a studio for massage and physical therapy, although it can be converted to an office or similar business premises. It is equipped with all standard devices, video intercom, fire and burglar alarm. The use of all devices is included in the price of rent, which also includes utility charges, the common costs of the building and the cost of internet access. It is not permitted to bring and keep pets.
